Michelle Cerce-Livingston is a professionally trained chef, pastry chef, and technical writer. Her passion for good food has long been a setback for her health goals. Over the past several years, she has created her own Food Done Right! brand of light recipes, finding the right ingredients and techniques to meet the expectation without the guilt and weight gain. She keeps taste and texture at the forefront of the recipes as a chef always does. This makes her light recipes different.
Michelle lives in Kansas City with her husband of 20 years and teen and tween boys. These are her primary food testers. They are tough to please. If they don’t like it, it won’t get published.
